1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Stoical ("Service"), operated by Stoical ("Company", "we", "our", "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Stoical.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials
Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

4. Subscription and Payment

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually). Billing cycles are set at the beginning of your subscription.

At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your subscription renewal through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

Payment processing is handled by our payment processor, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, and valid payment method information.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial for new users. The free trial period lasts for 14 days from the date of registration. At the end of the free trial period, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel your subscription before the free trial period ends.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties. Further, we do not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on our Service or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this Service.

7. Limitations

In no event shall Stoical or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if Stoical or our authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts
To violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
To submit false or misleading information
To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
For any obscene or immoral purpose
To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Stoical and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Stoical operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
