Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Stoical, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy explains our policies regarding refunds for subscription purchases processed through Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our payment processor.

All payments are processed by Paddle, and refunds are subject to Paddle's Terms of Service.

2. 14-Day Refund Period

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. This refund period applies to all subscription purchases, including both monthly and annual plans.

The refund is unconditional - no questions asked, no reasons required.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day period:

  1. Contact our support team at support@stoical.app
  2. Include your account email address and order/transaction ID
  3. We will process your refund request immediately

Alternatively, you can request a refund directly through Paddle's system if you received a payment confirmation from them.

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is submitted:

  • Your refund will be processed by Paddle within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account

5. After the 14-Day Period

After the 14-day refund period has expired, you can still cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Future billing will stop immediately
  • You retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period
  • No refund will be provided for the remaining portion of your current billing period

6. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for all new users. During the free trial:

  • You can explore all features at no cost
  • You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends
  • To avoid charges, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends

7. Payment Processor

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and their refund policies. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
